By using KROVN ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

KROVN is a cryptocurrency data platform. We provide market data and analytics via a web dashboard. KROVN is a data provider — we are not a financial advisor, broker, or dealer.

2. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All data, scores, and analysis are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Always do your own research. See our full Disclaimer.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to register
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Redistribute KROVN data commercially without written permission
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or rate limits
• Use the Service for automated spam, abuse, or attacks
• Reverse-engineer the Service or its algorithms

5. Data Accuracy

KROVN aggregates data from third-party sources (exchanges, data providers). All data is provided "as-is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. We make reasonable efforts to ensure data quality but cannot guarantee it.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• KROVN is not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial decisions based on our data
• KROVN is not liable for service interruptions, data inaccuracies, or delayed information
• This does not affect mandatory consumer rights under applicable law

7. Intellectual Property

KROVN's brand, design, and proprietary analysis methods are our intellectual property. Raw market data sourced from third parties remains subject to those providers' terms.

8. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected]
• We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms with reasonable notice
• Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. This does not affect mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
